Cancellation and Refund Policy

At MINIMUM CODE CULTURE PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a project or a refund of payment. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellation Policy:

A. Client Initiated Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your project after signing the agreement but before work has commenced, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of a portion of your deposit.

B. Work in Progress Cancellations: If you decide to cancel the project after work has commenced, a cancellation fee will be assessed based on the amount of work completed and resources utilized up to that point. We will provide a detailed breakdown of the charges incurred.

C. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events beyond our control, either party may terminate the agreement without penalty. However, any work completed up to that point will be billable.

Refund Policy:

A. Deposit Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. However, if you cancel the project before work begins, we will refund your deposit minus any applicable administrative fees.

B. Partial Refunds: If you cancel the project after work has commenced but before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. We will assess the refund amount on a case-by-case basis.

3. No Refunds After Completion: Once the project has been completed and delivered to your satisfaction, no refunds will be provided. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee, and we will work with you to address any concerns or issues until you are completely satisfied with the final product.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund:

Please provide your name, project details, and reason for cancellation/refund request. We will process your request as soon as possible and provide confirmation once it has been completed.
